Definition: It is well balanced and while it has a moderate alcohol content and no sugar, it maintains a force of richness, aromas and flavors. This is achieved by aging Alfonso Zero in our very old barrels. This offers smoothness and, although totally dry, offers a sense of sweet on the palate, which is a classic characteristic of "old town" aging. This drink has a refreshing taste and can be sipped on its own, chilled, or over ice "on the rocks."

Spirits selected from good white wines, healthy and suitable for consumption. Aged for 6 months in American oak casks following the traditional Soleras and Criaderas system of Jerez wines.

Taste: It is softness and, though completely dry, a sense of sweetness on the palate, which is a classic characteristic of "old cask" sherry aging. Refreshing taste. Due to its great versatility and quality this brandy is recommended both with a mixer and as an ingredient of numerous cocktails, as well as neat or on the rocks.
